Looking for a place to find fresh, local, seasonal produce, a delicious, custom crafted cup of coffee, a breakfast bagel, or an artisan deli style sandwich?
Then come see us at Grayson Market and Gathering Place in the Railyard. Cindy Bruce and Kerin Fraunfelder, whom you may know from Grayson Coffee House, are continuing this tradition of a community gathering place as owners of Grayson Market & Gathering Place in the Railyard.
The focus in our comfortable, cozy new location will be on hot or cold deli sandwiches that will feature meats and cheeses from quality vendors such as Boar’s Head, handcrafted to perfection in every bite. Our coffee will be only locally roasted from small-batch local roasters like Jittery Joe’s. We plan on offering opportunities for our customers to explore different ways of brewing coffee, including a pour-over bar for the perfect fresh custom-brewed cup, and of course a cold brew for a delicious, iced coffee all crafted just the way you like it.
In addition to brewing our customers the perfect cup, we will also have available for purchase whole beans by the pound as well, and coffee accessories to brew the perfect cup at home.
Some other items you will find at Grayson Market & Gathering Place are locally sourced honey, snacks such as beef jerky and pork rinds, specialty gourmet olive oils, local milled grains such as grits and of course local made dog treats. Need a gift? We plan on carrying a variety of local items such as candles and pottery, and other additional items in the future.
Our goal is not only to be the Local market to pick up your local, seasonal produce, grab a cup of coffee with a bagel or sandwich, and to pick up some local honey, local dog treats for your fur babies, but much, much more. We also would like to be the place in the community to host your Bible studies, book clubs, to get some work done, to gather to have fun playing a board game with family or friends, and/or to enjoy local musical talent on our beautiful, covered porch.
